This notice explains how Bragi ("we", "us") handles personal information you provide through this website. We aim to collect only what we need, use it only for the purpose you'd expect, and keep it secure.

What we collect and why

When you use our contact form

We collect your name, email address, the message you send, and, if you choose to provide it, your organization and the type of inquiry. We use this solely to read and respond to your inquiry. We ask you to acknowledge this notice before submitting.

When you apply for a role

If you send a speculative application or CV, we use it only to consider you for opportunities at Bragi. Where we have no suitable role, we keep your details for up to six months and then delete them, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

How your inquiry is delivered

Messages from the contact form are delivered to our monitored inbox by email, using Google's email service. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Analytics and cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used so that we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data, including your device details and an approximate location derived from your IP address. For this analytics, Google acts as our processor and may transfer data to servers outside your country.

We load Google Analytics only after you accept it. Until then, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. We use Google Consent Mode, keep advertising features turned off, and enable IP anonymization. You choose when you first visit, and you can change your mind at any time.

Apart from analytics, which needs your consent, the site does not use advertising or other third-party tracking cookies.

How long we keep information

• Contact inquiries: kept while we handle your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
• Speculative applications and CVs: up to six months.
• Analytics: only if you consent. Google Analytics data is retained under Google's data-retention controls.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (and comparable laws that may apply to you), you can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to certain uses. To exercise any of these, email info@bragi.digital. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

Keeping information secure

We restrict access to inquiry data to the people who need it, and we don't log the content of your messages in our application systems.

We may update this notice from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
