Knowing whether something works, and learning as you go, is central to good delivery. Bragi designs monitoring, evaluation, and learning that inform real decisions rather than sit in a report.

Too much monitoring produces reports no one uses. We design MEL that feeds decisions while work is underway, not just a verdict once it is over.

We define what success looks like up front, track the few things that matter, and turn findings into changes teams can make.

A UNICEF-sponsored proof-of-concept: a solar-powered, community-embedded digital learning hub (one hub, three classrooms, 250 out-of-school learners) delivered through Bragi's bespoke Ilimi learning platform.

Bragi's role: Design and delivery lead: built the learning hub, the Ilimi platform, and the curriculum, and ran the 12-month pilot
