Good decisions rest on understanding the people and systems a change will touch. We combine desk review, fieldwork, and stakeholder engagement to build that understanding before anyone commits to a solution.

We are explicit about what the evidence does and does not support, so findings hold up to scrutiny and can be acted on with confidence.
